Egg Weight Vaginal Exercisers
Now, for the other end of the toy spectrum. If you’re a beginner to Kegel exercising, or if you’ve tried some of the other Kegelcisers and found them too heavy to even begin your exercises, we now have the Egg Weight Vaginal Exercisers. While most other Kegel barbells or eggs start off around a pound (Betty Dodson’s Vaginal Barbell is 2 ounces shy at 14 ounces and our smallest Chrome Egg is still over half a pound), these Egg Weights start off so small they have to be measured in grams. The six eggs that come in this kit weigh 25g, 40g, 55g, 70g, 85g, and 95g (for comparison’s sake, the heaviest one is still only 0.2 pounds). The idea here is that you insert the lightest one, and try to walk around keeping it in for 15 minutes; if that’s too easy, try climbing up the stairs (or other exercise, though perhaps squats might give the egg an unfair advantage . . .). Once you’ve mastered one weight, move on to the next. The detailed instructions, which are included with each kit, say that this exercise regime will take 1-2 months. All that said, even the heaviest weight is still awfully light, so we recommend this for folks with very weak pelvic floor muscles, those who’ve found other Kegel exercisers way too heavy or for those who need help overcoming incontinence.
